Step by step Twyco Process

01 - Initial Contact

We understand the importance of protecting your ideas, and we are always willing to work under a confidentiality agreement. Our standard NDA is available to download here (*link). Once in place, we can review your design and provide a no obligation assessment and quotation for your project. This allows you to explore whether injection moulding is the right fit for your application, with no cost and no commitment.

02 - Technical Discussion

Through open technical discussions, we work with you to explore ideas, solve problems and shape the most effective manufacturing solution.

03 - Quotation

After assessing your part and project needs, we prepare a clear, accurate quotation and highlight any opportunities to improve cost, performance or manufacturability.

04 - DFM Review

During the DFM review, we work closely with you to refine the design, identify potential issues and recommend improvements that enhance quality and reduce cost.

05 - Tooling Sign Off

Before any tooling begins, we complete a full technical review of your design, confirm all specifications and agree on the final approach. This ensures the tool is engineered correctly from the outset and avoids unnecessary changes later.

06 - Tool Completion & Sample Productioin

Once the tool is completed, we carry out initial trials to produce first-off samples. These samples allow us to verify part accuracy, check performance and ensure the tool is running exactly as intended before moving into full production.

07 - PPAP Submission

Our team compiles a full PPAP submission, providing all required evidence of part accuracy, material performance and stable production. We work with your quality team to ensure everything meets your standards.

08 - Part Approval & QA Specs

After part approval, we work with you to establish detailed QA specifications, covering measurements, material standards and inspection methods. This ensures both teams are aligned on what “good” looks like before production ramps up.

09 - Productioin

Once production starts, we maintain close communication and carry out continuous quality checks to ensure your parts run smoothly and meet all agreed specifications. You can count on dependable supply and consistent performance
