5. Pricing & Payment
Unless stated otherwise:

• Prices exclude VAT

• Payment terms are those agreed in the quotation or invoice

• Late payments may incur statutory charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

Ownership of goods remains with Twynham Components Ltd until full payment is received.

Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Twyco Plastics/Twynham Components Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs clearance

• force majeure

• global supply issues

• customer delays in approving drawings, tooling, CAD data, or samples

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection, depending on agreed Incoterms.
7. Tooling & Mould Ownership
Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• Tooling, moulds, and fixtures produced by Twynham Components Ltd remain our property

• Storage fees may apply for inactive tooling

• Tools may be disposed of after 24 months of inactivity if not otherwise agreed in writing

Customer-owned tooling is stored at the customer's risk, though reasonable care is taken.
8. Quality, Warranty & Liability
We warrant that parts manufactured by Twynham Components Ltd will conform to the specifications agreed at order confirmation.
Twyco is not liable for:

• misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation

• natural behaviour of materials (polymers, elastomers, composites)

• defects caused by customer-supplied tooling or CAD

• indirect or consequential losses, including lost production or revenue

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied.
9. Returns & Non-Conforming Goods
Non-conformities must be reported within 14 days of delivery, including supporting evidence (photos or sample returns).
We reserve the right to:

• repair

• replace

• or credit

goods following investigation.
Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
