WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
At Twyco we strive to accommodate all size of business needs. If you are requiring Twyco to manufacture your parts along with the tool, we will provide you with a quote stating the MOQ based on your annual volume. Please head over to our Request for Quote page.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Twynham Components Ltd are a global company. We can provide shipping globally and this can be through Container shipment, Airfreight or Rail.
WHERE DOES MANUFACTURING TAKE PLACE?
Our manufacturing takes place in China and Mexico, we have several manufacturing facilities in both locations with capacity for any size of customer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE TOOLS AND MOULDINGS?
This is dependant on the complexity of the tool. Twynham Components Ltd have produced simple non complex tools and mouldings in 1-2 weeks, to very complex tools and mouldings in 30-50 days. It is best to contact us through the Request For Quote form to discuss your requirements.
DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE DESIGNS?
Our engineers will review your model and will highlight any areas of concern or areas that are not suitable for injection moulding in your design. We will not manufacture a tool without consulting you on any design changes that would need to be made.
HOW MANY PARTS WILL A TOOL MAKE?
We manufacture our tools from steel, this means they are production ready and dependant on size will be capable or manufacturing parts 250,000 to 1,000,000 parts.
